Week 6

Time is flying! I've already reached week 6 of college! Anyway, this week was a bit more refreshing. Haha. Highlights of the week - Cancellation of a 9 am class (YAY! SLEEP!) and a class trip! 

So, for visual arts, as a class, we had to visit the Singapore Art Museum. 

Museums, according to me, are not that fun, but not having to sit through a class is a big win!! We had to go to a particular exhibition called ‘After Utopia’, and take 15 second videos there to post onto instagram.

Oh! Another really cool thing that happened this week is that I’ve been accepted for the student assistantship in college! Yes, that means additional work, but the fact that I will be earning my own money just feels amazing! Like I’ve said before, it’s that feeling of independence and assurance that I can fend for myself that is amazing.

Leaving all this aside, the weekly stack of assignments for each class is very much there….waiting for me.

This is the only thing I’m not too fond about doing - At the end of each week, by Sunday, I would have completed all of my work….but then the new week starts, and we get issued a big load all over again. It’s a never ending process.
